PRODUCT-RELATED TERMS

  1. COLORS: The colour of the actual product may vary from the image due to device or monitor screen settings or photography lighting conditions.

The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Reds and blues and other natural dyed products tend to run colour. 

  1. WASH CARE: DRY CLEAN ONLY.

We would not be responsible for any damage to the garment if the washing instruction is not followed.

  1. SIZING :

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and others to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide on the product page to select the size best suited to you. You can also have the garment “Custom Made”, by providing your measurements.   1. PRICING

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products you buy from us. While the pricing of garments is subject to our policy and we have the sole discretion to determine our prices. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

In the event that an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item.

Customers ordering outside of India will be charged estimated custom fees, duties& taxes. There is also an additional shipping cost for international orders.

Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

The issuer of your credit or debit card may charge currency conversion or other fees in relation to your order.
