Refund policy
We pay great attention to detail and care in the making of each of our pieces.
- As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the terms and conditions are met).
- If for some reason, the garment arrives damaged/ defective, we will assist in the replacement of the same. Please send us an email detailing the damage/ defect in the product - along with a photo, at sales@beigeindia.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the BEIGE pieces.
- The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, BEIGE will take care of the shipping.
