Shipping policy

BEIGE  is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the promised span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
• We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 working days.
• GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
• We shall send you an e-mail/message containing the tracking information once the goods are shipped.

DELAY IN DISPATCH

• If there is a delay in dispatch due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods

• If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock or taking longer than expected, we may contact you through e-mail, you could choose to wait or opt for an exchange/refund for the amount paid by you.

• We use third-party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery post-handover of the product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• For international orders, an additional shipping cost will be applicable.
• Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes applicable in their country. This varies by country, and BEIGE encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of orders, and will not provide any refund in such cases.
